We have applied for a boutique hotel under the Marriott brand to operate the property, and we are optimistic that it will be approved in the coming months. As part of the deal, the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority has approved us for a 25-year property tax abatement and sales Bet365 Online Live Dealertax exemption on construction supplies.

Uptown Lofts is a 245,000 square foot mixed-use development in Midtown that will reflect the neighborhood’s continued growth and success. It will include both one- and two-bedroom units, plus premium amenities, such as a dog park, hot tub and coffee bar.
