The Beacon Hill Hotel is currently under construction at the corner of 24th and Troost Ave. Sunflower Development Bet365 app download is very proud to be building the first hotel on Troost Ave near the Hospital Hill area serving large institutions like Children's Mercy Hospital, Truman Medical Center and UMKC in addition to the greater downtown area.
The hotel is a La Quinta “Del Sol” which is a new concept prototype that is based on modern clientele’s needs and wants. The mixed-use 92 room hotel will also include two 1300 sqft retail spaces which are currently for lease. The project will be a bookend on Troost and continue the momentum of urban infill on this historic Kansas City avenue.
