Commercial, New Construction, New Market Tax Credits
On behalf of The Vecino Group and Missouri State University, Bet365 Online Live Dealer Development Group secured million of NMTC’s to support a critical expansion of the Senator Roy Blunt Jordan Valley Innovation Center (JVIC). This project is the centerpiece of a much larger redevelopment initiative Vecino is leading to further establish the Idea Commons District as a hub for of business innovation for young professionals with a new 100,000 sq ft office building, façade renovation to the e-factory business incubator and 400-space parking garage.
JVIC is a research and Bet365 Online Live Dealer facility built in 2007 out of a once dilapidated Missouri Farming Association Feed Mill to support new business growth in STEM related industries and used as an important economic Bet365 Online Live Dealer tool for the City of Springfield. Senator Blunt once said the area would go from a “place for grains to a place for brains”.
JVIC is a unique university research, Bet365 Online Live Dealer, and commercialization model that focuses on product Bet365 Online Live Dealer, research, and educational opportunities. The facility focuses on collaboration with affiliates on new technologies and accelerating them to viable markets. JVIC is focused on collaboration, not only between the affiliates and the University, but also between the affiliates. This helps accelerate new product Bet365 Online Live Dealer and integration of technologies.
